Well-Being


Well-being: the state of feeling healthy and happy
But what is happiness? What makes us happy? And will we ever be satisfied. As a society we constantly strive for more, thinking, ‘if only…’ but what if all our hopes and dreams come true? Do we not need a dream to keep us going, a reason to wake up on a morning?

We all sometimes wonder what we have to do to be or stay happy, well a survey shown to us by our tutor tells us that there are 8 contributors to happiness:
1. Physical, mental, spiritual health
2. Time-balance
3. Social and community vitality
4. Cultural vitality
5. Education
6. Living standards
7. Good governance
8. Ecological Vitality
